Jerred is a co-founding partner of Xebec-IC and its Managing Partner
The majority of his 30 plus years of business experience has been in the international market place. During this time he has founded numerous successful product and service companies and has established high level government and business contacts throughout the world. These contacts help keep Xebec at the forefront of global opportunities in expanding markets. As the Founding Partner of Chemsult A.G., in 1974 Jerred went on to create the largest and most successful supplementary technical manpower services company in Saudi Arabia. Though the oil and gas industry has been his central focus through the years, Jerred has also been involved with "defense and security" projects as they have become a leading international priority. Jerred seeks out new opportunities and to open new markets while promoting close relationships to the benefit of all concerned.

Bahrain incorporated company (Chemsult Bahrain, Ltd) that was the largest independent testing facility in the Middle East. Testing capability included everything from used oil, soils and concrete to water, foods and aircraft fuel,
Philippine incorporated company (Chemsult Philippines, Inc.) that provided recruiting, purchasing and project management to other wholly owned entities,
UK incorporated company (Chemsult UK, Ltd) that provided recruiting, purchasing and project management to other Chemsult companies,
California incorporated company (Chemsult, Inc.) that provided recruiting, purchasing and project management to other Chemsult companies,
California incorporated company (Chemsult Risk Management) that provided risk management services to various international companies including the Chemsult group of companies, and
California incorporated company (Trenchless, Inc.) that provided horizontal directional drilling services throughout the Western U.S.
David is a co-founding partner of Xebec - IC and its President.
He has spent 25 years in Saudi Arabia of which the last 15 years was in a high level management position with the world's largest fully integrated oil and gas company, Saudi Aramco. He is a former Managing Director of one of the largest commercial trading establishments in Saudi Arabia which specialized in the oil/gas and electrification industries representing numerous companies in the USA, Europe and Far East. Additionally, his acute knowledge of project financing, banking regulations/guarantees, taxes and duties allows Xebec to streamline the processing of client commitments.
David's business experience has covered such diverse areas as service contracts, material procurement, project management, personnel and plant and refinery operations. Each of these areas involved billion dollar plus budgets. Assigned to the largest IT SAP design and implementation team ever created, he is a world expert on SAP business solutions regarding Service Contracts and Material Procurement.
Larry is a co-founding partner of Xebec - IC and Director.
He first arrived in the Middle East in 1974 as Resident Manager of Chemsult, A.G., a supplementary technical manpower services company, and became one of four principals. During his tenure, he also held positions as Vice President - New Business Development and headed up the United Kingdom and Philippine branches. In 1989, Larry joined Saudi Aramco, and was a member of the Vice President of Project Management’s planning staff. The VP was responsible for 140 projects worth $9 billion of capital and non-capital spending. He was responsible for both short and long range planning and tracking of commitments and expenditures.
In 1996, Larry returned to the Al Hoty Group of Companies, formerly known as Chemsult, A.G., as CEO to effect a turn-around of the four Al Hoty companies. This included the expansion of the companies throughout Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. After successfully completing this endeavor, he returned to the United States where he successfully owned and operated several businesses.
In 2001, Larry joined SureBeam Corporation, a subsidiary of Titan Corporation as Director, International Business Development. While at SureBeam, which was spun off from Titan during his tenure, he was responsible for the Middle East. In 2001 Larry formed SureBeam Middle East (SME) (www.smebeam.com) and was responsible for their $50 million dollar project in Saudi Arabia. SME currently has one plant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and two additional plants in the planning stages. While with SureBeam, Larry also developed a project in Turkey and began the planning process for a project in India.
In 2003 Larry joined Pure-O-Tech, Inc. as Senior VP, Government & International, and took an equity interest in the firm. Pure-O-Tech is an engineering and manufacturing company that provides water purification technologies. Larry is on the Board of Directors of Rescue Task Force (www.rescuetaskforce.org) a non-profit organization that provides volunteer medical teams, medical supplies and clinics, humanitarian aid and livestock to remote, isolated regions of the globe. He is also on the Board of Advisors of RadiaBeam Technologies, LLC (www.radiabeam.com) a firm which offers a line of products for the physical sciences research sector and performs engineering services with specialization in RF design, advanced acceleration methods, and radiation diagnostics.
Larry has excellent contacts and channels in U.S. government circles and with the governments of several key Middle Eastern nations.
Ron is a co-founding partner of Xebec - IC and Director.
As a key business advisor to Xebec, Ron evaluates new business opportunities, strategies, finance and long range planning.
He is currently the Director and General Manager of a recently established company, Bede Windows whose first year sales has exceeded USD 1 million. They have USD 3 million in orders going into 2007. He is currently setting up a franchise/distribution network for specialty high quality vinyl windows throughout the USA and Middle East.
Ron has strong business ties with China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC) which is the largest holding company in China. He is able to source materials and products from China on very favorable terms. Additionally, Ron's understanding of the China market makes Xebec a "player" in the production and import/export market with smaller Chinese companies who need a channel into the U.S. markets.
The former President and CEO of PureO3tech Corporation in Escondido, California, Ron lead this start up water purification equipment company to stability and profits. He managed operations using fiscal restraint and achieved excellent sales margins to the satisfaction of shareholders.
Previously, Ron owned and managed several large sporting good stores in the Mid-West and became a venture capitalist.
